HOW TO: SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

If you’re a person who’s always down to eat or snack, then I highly recommend that you keep reading! I recently discovered this recipe during quarantine and I fell in love. It’s super duper easy, filling, and somewhat healthy. I mean it does have spinach and artichoke in it, so pretty healthy. Right? ;)


Ingredients:

  1. Cream cheese

  2. Sour cream

  3. Mayonnaise

  4. Garlic

  5. Parmesan

  6. Canned artichokes

  7. Frozen spinach

  8. Black pepper


Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and spray non-stick cooking spray in a small baking dish.

  2. In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella and pepper.

  3. Then stir in your artichokes and defrosted spinach.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the already greased baking dish.

  5. Pop the dish into the oven until heated throughout, and the cheese is melted. This should take about 20 minutes.

  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread and enjoy!
