I love baking. It is quite honestly one of the few things that I can never get tired of and I can do for hours straight. Today’s recipe won’t take you hours to make, but it will sure be worth the ten minutes it’ll take. This week, I’m going to share with you this incredibly easy, three-ingredient Nutella cookie recipe. If you don’t know what Nutella is, I am seriously worried for your mental stability right now because this hazelnut spread is heavenly. I recently made these cookies for my aunt and her kids. They absolutely loved them and she wants me to send some up to her because of how amazing they are! This recipe will make roughly 14 cookies. So, get your baking hats on and let's get baking!
1 cup flour
1 cup Nutella
Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. (Please do not forget to use parchment paper! If you forget your cookies will stick to the pan and it will be a pain to clean and get them off.)
Combine your flour, Nutella, and egg into a large bowl and mix. The consistency is a bit doughy and should be a bit crumbly.
Using your hands, take a scoop of the dough and shape it into a ball. It may seem as though the dough won’t stick together, but trust me, it will.
Place your cookies on your baking sheet with about a half an inch to an inch between them.
Once done with shaping the dough, stick them in the oven and let them cook for 8 minutes!
When the cookies are done baking, give them about two minutes to cool down before serving them.
This step is completely optional, but you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar!
I hope that you enjoy this recipe! You can find many more recipes like this here on QuaranTEEN or at biggerbolderbaking.com, which is where I found this recipe. Let me know in the comments how your cookies turned out!
