5 Makeup Must-Haves

When it comes to makeup, I am no professional; however, I am always on the search for products that accentuate my features and are easy to use. Again, EASY TO USE. I have no patience to commit to hour-long looks so full props to those of you who use more than lipgloss and blush on a daily basis. Aside from the fact that I personally do not have it in me to do an entire face of makeup, there are products out there that I can sweep onto your face in less than ten minutes. Something about having glossy lips and a glowy face make me so much more confident and these products I am about to list for you will allow you to share that same satisfaction.

  • Glossier Haloscope Face Highlighter ($22)

This highlighter comes in a stick format and it is available in three different shades. One swipe gives you the perfect amount of glow but to our advantage, it is completely buildable allowing you to have access to all the glow you want.

  • ColourPop Blush Stick ($8)

One of my favorite makeup products is blush. I can not express enough how much I love rosy cheeks and a natural sunburnt look. This blush is in a stick format and comes in nine different shades. Nine shades equal nine different ways for you to experiment with your favorites. This formula is so creamy that after seconds of application is melts right into your skin.

  • Milk Makeup Matte Bronzer (Mini $15, Full $28)

I do not know about you, but COVID-19 really put a halt onto my summer tan as my usual summertime activities are unsanitary and do not fit the guidelines we now live by. To substitute for a natural tan, I use this stick bronzer. It does not exploit an overbearing amount of product on to my face. Instead, it gives me the perfect amount of color I want to warm up my skin.

  • Glossier Lip Gloss ($18)

I am one of the biggest lipgloss gals you will ever meet so take it from me when I say that this gloss is one of the best out there. One swipe and your lips will be completely transformed into everything glossy and glowy you could possibly need. It comes in three different shades: clear, holographic, and red. My favorite shade is clear but all are absolutely exceptional.

  • Elf Lash Extending Mascara ($4)

This mascara is one of my everyday go-to’s. I do find that curling my lashes is kind of a must when using it, but that might just be because I barely have any lash to work with in the first place. This mascara is so cheap and effective that I keep re-buying it every time I run out.

And there you go, my five makeup must-haves! I hope you found this helpful and if you can suggest any products, please comment them below!
