As much as we'd like to avoid it, we all have AP Tests coming up- so get off the internet, stop watching Tik-Toks and study!
Tools that can help you study:
Forest : an app that helps you study by growing a plant.
Listening to classical music/word-less music or video game music in the background
Being somewhere with no distractions: Chuck your phone into a different room and turn it on silent so you can't get distracted by notifications!
Comfort food! Get that jar of peanut butter and cup of tea and get to it!
Study with a friend: This can either help or become super distracting, so make sure you pick your study partner wisely! You can FaceTime or zoom with your friends and not say anything and both do your homework together: it can help because it occupies your device with something so you can't go on it and play games, and your friend is there to help pressure you to study if you get distracted! If you guys are competitive and this motivates you, you can even make it a competition to see who gets done first.
Try making your notes neat and artistic, if that helps you memorize and study! You can draw little cartoons in the corner that help you remember things, and you can even start a bullet journal if that motivates you.
Be creative with your studying: other than taking artistic notes, if you're having trouble remembering something there are endless options to help you! Personally, I have made raps, songs, and catchy slogans about a subject before and that's really helped me. (I even wrote a story about the different kingdoms in Biology in freshman year... Do whatever works for you!)
