I came across this video while scrolling through a recipe page on Facebook, but changed it up a little by combining it with other interesting recipes I found! This is an amazing dish and can definitely be made within a jiffy but will still taste amazing!
Garlic Butter or Butter
Melt one 2 tablespoons of butter, preferably garlic butter.
Add a pinch of oregano and chili flakes and mix for 10-20 seconds to let the flavors seep in but avoid it from burning.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix continuously until it forms a thick “pasty” texture.
Add milk according to the amount of sauce you want, make sure to add a little more since you’ll be thickening it.
Add cheese, black pepper, and chili flakes and mix until it makes a thick sauce.
Add your boiled pasta in, and it’s ready!
When mixing the flour and butter mixture make sure to mix it quickly and continuously so it doesn’t get way too lumpy.
Keep mixing once in a while even when thickening the sauce so that the cheese doesn’t settle to the bottom of the pan.
